Made in USA - NIOSH N95 - Surgical Respirator approved for Healthcare

This is a Full Flange version. For partial flange, see AirWave 4650 (M/L), 4651 (S).

The Moldex 4151 is a SMALL disposable Surgical Particulate Respirator and Surgical Mask with NIOSH N95 approval, intended for healthcare. Key features include

  • Wave Design reduces breathing resistance
  • FlexFit moves with your face and stays in-place for all-day comfort
  • Full Flange all around the mask perimeter improves the face seal
  • Lightweight cup design resists collapse

The AirWave Healthcare series provides protection for patients and healthcare personnel - including, but not limited to, doctors, nurses, dental professionals, and first responders — against the transfer of microorganisms, body fluids, and particulates.

The AirWave series is dependable, comfortable, and ultra-breathable to wear all-day throughout the shift.

Lower your costs and use fewer respirators. The Dura-Mesh shell protects the filter media, so it stays cleaner for longer. The shell also resists collapsing in hot, humid environments, so the respirator holds its shape longer. The result is fewer respirators used, and lower costs.

Key features:

  • NIOSH Approved Surgical N95
  • MRI-SAFE - no metal in the mask whatsoever - will not distort head/neck MRI
  • AIRWAVE - increased surface area means lower breathing resistance
  • 2 SIZES AVAILABLE for the entire workforce
    • 4150 Medium-Large
    • 4151 Small
  • COLLAPSE-RESISTANT cup shape design
  • SOFT FOAM FULL FLANGE and softspun lining for increased comfort
  • DURA-MESH exterior keeps hands from touching filter media, helping the respirator to last the entire shift
  • BRAIDED STRAPS won't pull hair
  • MEETS ASTM LEVEL 3 REQUIREMENTS to use in place of a surgical/procedural mask
  • MEETS CDC GUIDELINES For TB Exposure Control within healthcare facilities, and protection against laser plumes of surgical smoke.
  • Class 2 Medical Device, cleared by the FDA. NIOSH Certified under 42CFR84. Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE)>99.99%
  • NON LATEX construction
  • LOWER YOUR COSTS AND USE FEWER RESPIRATORS The exclusive DURA-MESH SHELL protects the filter media, so it stays cleaner-looking longer. The shell also resists collapsing in hot, humid environments, so the respirator holds its shape longer and the result is fewer respirators used and lower costs.
